Requesting a Replacement Diploma
Please note: If you graduated prior to May 2022, have a Utica College diploma, and would now like a Utica University diploma, please click here
To request a Utica College Replacement Diploma (grads prior to May 2022) or a Utica University diploma (grads May 2022 to present), please use our form to order a replacement diploma. We will need:
- Your name (both what it was when you attended here and what it is currently)
- Your name EXACTLY as you want it to appear on the diploma, including accent marks, punctuation, upper/lower case, and spaces. (Our form is a "fillable" PDF -- we highly recommend you TYPE this information in the form before printing.)
- Please review our Diploma Name Policy
- The date you graduated
- The address to which you want the replacement diploma sent
- Your telephone number and/or e-mail address
- Please include payment (check, money order, credit/debit* information). If you are paying by check or money order, please mail the entire request.
- You must sign your request
*: If paying by credit or debit card, please enclose your credit card number, expiration date, name on the card, and the 3-digit code from the back of the card.
NOTES
We will verify your degree date before we will order a replacement diploma.
If you have a hold on your account, we cannot issue a replacement diploma.
Replacement diplomas will be marked at the bottom with "Replacement" in about a 10-point font with the month and year of the reprint.
Replacement diplomas will be in the current style of newly-issued Utica College diplomas with current signatures.
Costs and Delivery Estimates (we cannot guarantee shipping/delivery times):
- "Next Diploma Order:" We order diplomas approximately every 4-8 weeks, and more frequently around the end of the term. (Fee: $25.00)
- If you request "Rush" delivery, it will take approximately 2-3 weeks to receive the diploma. International delivery will take longer. (Fee: $40.00)
- If you request "Platinum" delivery, the diploma will take one week from the date of order to the date you receive the document. ($80.00 for delivery within the U.S.A., more for international delivery - see the form for more information)
