Students will find a wide variety of residence hall accommodations on campus that offer comfortable rooms with free campus-wide Wi-Fi access, free transportation to off campus events, along with access to the Clark Athletic Center, Kunath Fitness Center and the Utica University indoor pool during posted hours of operation. Laundry facilities are available in each residence hall and in each section of Alumni Hall. The cost of laundry is included in the room rate.

All incoming first-year students are required to live in University residence halls for their first two years, unless residing at home with their parent or legal guardian who live within a 30-mile radius. All transfer students are required to have lived on campus for four semesters. This means incoming second-year transfers are required to reside on campus unless residing at home with their parent or legal guardian.

  • First-Year students are assigned to North or South Halls.
  • Transfer students may be assigned to any of our residence halls.
  • Current students may be assigned to any of our residence halls.
