- Click on the Residence Hall below that you wish to submit a work request in. This work request will be sent to the Office of Student Living.
- A staff member will submit the request on your behalf.
- Work requests can typically take up to 1-1.5 weeks depending on the severity of the work request. If your request has not been completed within this timeframe you may reach out to the Office of Student Living for an update on your request.
- Emergency Work Orders such as power outages, overflowing toilets, fire alarm equipment problems, or any water leaks should be submitted through the Office of Student Living in Strebel 204 or by phone at 315-792-3298 or, if after hours, Campus Safety at 315-792-3046.
