Welcome International Students and Scholars!
Coronavirus Update
The Office of International Education is open for online and brief in-person meetings during our regular office hours, 8:30 - 5:00 weekdays. Although both staff are available every day online, Deborah is physically in the office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and every other Friday starting Jan. 22, while Stacy is in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays only from 8:30-12:00, and every other Friday starting Jan. 29. You can contact either Stacy or Deborah through our Utica College email or phone numbers, which are forwarded to our personal cell phones. Please continue to make appointments to meet with us using our Simply Book appointment scheduler. If you need a signature on a document, we can take care of it by email or regular mail (post).Feel free to text us on Google Chat or WhatApp just to say hi - we want to hear from you! But for official questions about Utica College related procedures or immigration rules, please use email.
Remember to stay six feet away from everyone else, wash your hands frequently, get enough sleep, eat healthy food, and keep exercising. We'll get through this difficult time together by staying apart!
If you need assistance or have any questions, please contact us! You can drop in at the Office of International Education in Room 252 of White Hall, call us at (315) 792-3082, email us or make an appointment at uticaoie.simplybook.me.
