Performance Improvement
In keeping with Utica College’s pursuit of creating new and diverse partnerships and community collaborations, the Leadership Institute has built up its own coalition with organizations and associations such as MACNY, MDA, the United Way, the Chamber of Commerce, the Project Management Institute (PMI), the NY State Public Employees Federation (NYSPEF), and workforce investment boards (WIB). The Institute has created study guides, initiated quality performance assessments, performed strategic planning and program evaluations, and applied e-learning strategies.
