Description
Creating behavioral strategies creating and pathways to success has been a mental test for many students, faculty, and clients. Study of what behavioral change strategies work has been a key issue for the institute.
Action
A Leadership Institute team of three faculty and four graduate students embarked on a study of the synthesis of 210 psychological journal articles; focusing on creating an explanatory model. The team is publishing various white papers and making presentations on the findings. Future incorporation of tactics into programs is anticipated.
