Description
Several leadership development partnering sought an impactful tool for guiding managers in changing behaviors of self and others. The requirement was that the tool be easily used, replicable, and simply taught to teaching professionals.

Action

Dr. Hart, Director, led a team of students and faculty in development of a logical cognitive tool to create ideal future scenarios. Based on several hypnotic non-trace strategies, the current-ideal model has been adapted over the past ten years from 350 professionals.
