Institutional Research at Utica College The Office of Institutional Effectiveness at Utica College houses Institutional Research. The office is responsible for providing administrators, faculty, and staff with requested planning information. Typical planning information includes historical and current demographic information about UC, comparisons to peer institutions, and summaries of qualitative and quantitative feedback gathered from faculty, staff, students, and alumni. This data is used for program planning and review, departmental and college-wide accreditations, and department specific projects and goals. The IE office also coordinates required college reporting to the federal Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) and the New York State Education Department (NYSED), and also provides data to various prospective student college guides.
To request additional or more specific data for accreditation, program review, assessment, and planning, complete the data request form and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
