Thank you for choosing to stay in Bell Hall during the NYAC Conference to be held on the Utica College campus, Wednesday, June 7-Friday, June 9, 2017.
Bell Hall features air-conditioned, suite-style accommodations with semi-private baths. Bell Hall also features common lounge areas, common kitchen, and on-site laundry facilities.

Cost
Single Occupancy:
$45.00 per night per person with linen package
Double Occupancy:
$35.00 per night per person with linen package
A linen package will be provided and consists of sheets, towels, blanket and pillow. Rooms in Bell Hall are air conditioned. Please bring your own toiletries, bathrooms are shared among double and single room guests in suite style rooms.
Housing Registration deadline is May 26, 2017.

If requesting a double room, please be sure to have your desired room mate complete a housing request.
You will receive your building swipe card and room key upon check in and will be responsible for returning your swipe card and room key upon check out. There is a $120 lost key fee for any keys not returned upon check out.
If you arrive on campus after check-in time, please contact Campus Safety at 315.792.3046 to make arrangements to get your room assignment and to pick up your building swipe card and room key. Campus Safety is located in the Ralph F. Strebel Student Center (building #11 on the campus map).
Parking
Parking is available in Lot I which is located near Bell Hall and within walking distance to all buildings on campus.

All guests must be checked out of their rooms by 11:00 a.m. on Saturday June 10th.
If you are checking out after scheduled check-out times or on Saturday morning, please contact Campus Safety at 315.792.3046 to make arrangements to drop off your swipe card and room key before leaving campus.
