The application is a fill-in form with multiple questions; when opened, applicants will see exactly what is needed.
Application form includes:
Proposal questions for scholarly activity that address all criteria in the rubric (linked below),
Letter of support from School Dean of each faculty member,
Letter of commitment on business letterhead from collaborative healthcare, social service providers, and/or government agencies (if applicable),
Copy of IRB letter indicating approval, or copy of IRB submission, or IRB exemption statement.
View the form in advance and use the rubric below to prepare answers before submitting.
Compensation possibilities include course reduction or stipend, awarded fellows will discuss options with their Dean/Department Chair. It is strongly suggested that applications are collaborative across disciplines/academic schools. Both full and part time faculty may apply.
