Instructors may communicate through a variety of channels, including:  Utica College Email, telephone, web-conference, Engage course mail, course Announcements, forum posts, and feedback on graded work.  You may be use additional or alternative communication channels as well! 

It is important to identify your preferred communication channels for students.  Set these rules early in the course by clearly communicating your expectations and responsibilities to your class.  This same information should also be available in the course and/or syllabus.
