Angel forms statements for the students to check their own knowledge acquisition based on his lesson objectives. This allows them to self-check while providing him valuable information on whether any given lesson is meeting the mark.
The survey, created in Google Drive using Google Forms, can be automatically displayed in an email, making the response seamless for the students. While you have the option to gather feedback anonymously, you might consider using this type of form to help constitute a participation grade as well.
