Once admitted to the Respiratory Care Program, students must maintain at least a C+ in all courses and a GPA greater than 2.5 each semester. Respiratory care courses must be taken in the required sequence.

Utica University Respiratory Care program located on the St. Petersburg, Florida Campus is approved by Florida Department of Education: Commission for Independent Education (CIE).
The A.S degree in Respiratory Care is approved and registered by the Florida Department of Education Commission for Independent Education, 325 West Gaines Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-0400.
Utica University’s Respiratory Care program (#200655) accreditation status:
Utica University is currently in the process of seeking the Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC) accreditation for a respiratory care program. However, Utica University cannot assure that the CoARC will grant accreditation.
