Assistant Professor Clemmie L. Harris earned his Ph.D. in American History, Africana Studies, Metropolitan Studies, and Public Affairs from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia (2013). He also has an M.A. in American History from both U Penn (2006) and SUNY Albany (2002) as well as a B.A. from SUNY Albany (2001). Clem has taught as a Visiting Assistant Professor in African American Studies and Public Affairs at Syracuse University (2016-2017) and Wesleyan University (2015-2016).
