What we doThe Utica College Department of Facilities Management is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the 23 campus buildings, 13 off campus properties, 4 leased properties including Clark City Center, Rhodes Drive, Locker Room at The Aud, and Burrstone House. In addition, all the grounds, athletic fields, vehicles, utilities infrastructure.
Our staff provides custodial services, vehicle scheduling, event set-ups for campus functions, pool operation and 24/7 emergency facilities related services in concert with Campus Safety. The members include electrician, boiler and HVAC technician, mason, painter, vehicle mechanics, general maintenance technicians, custodial staff, groundskeepers, and additional special services.
Our goal is to ensure a safe, reliable, and efficient campus environment for students, faculty, staff and visitors.
