Misalignment of Allyship: Intent versus Impact, the Untenable Ideology of Racial Inferiority

Bernard Hyman, Jr., JD, professor of practice for economic crime management, will combine his expertise in criminal justice and education to provide a motivational keynote presentation. The presentation will push attendees to believe deeply in their own individual abilities despite the hopelessness being peddled by ideologies associated with identity.
This talk will challenge the listener to beware of the trappings of absolutism. The one size fits all approach to civil rights and DEI poses a danger of promoting rather than supplanting foundational ideals of white supremacy.
