Join Assistant Professor of Data Science Dr. Michael McCarthy and Utica College M.S. Data Science alum Ray McLean ‘20 (Workflow Thought Leader and Clinical Consultant at Philips) at 6 p.m. on April 8 for a virtual discussion about Data Awareness: how data scientists show value and the power of data.

Ray is a registered nurse with 30 years of clinical experience. As a data scientist and clinician, Ray anticipates using his passion and business knowledge to build analytical models which will help customers improve both patient and economical outcomes. He has presented nationally, speaking on topics such as injury prevention, workflow, and data in healthcare.
