Utica student documentary showcased last week
On Thursday, April 5, Communication and Media senior Nico Leonard and Business Administration senior Kevin Bruno, showcased their documentary film at an invite-only event at the Oneida YMCA. Their documentary, The Target We Share, follows Hank Leo and his journey to seeing his dream come true in building an indoor Archery range to be used by students of all ages. Hank Leo and his wife Pauline run the growing archery program at the Oneida YMCA. The program teaches self-worth, love of competition, and community through archery. The viewing was followed by a Q&A session with Nico Leonard and an awards ceremony presented by Hank and Pauline, where Nico was presented with an hourglass to represent time spent with the program.
