UC’s Suzanne Lynch, professor of practice in economic crime, will be featured in a new four-part HBO documentary, “Murder on Middle Beach,”  premiering November 15 at 10 p.m. on HBO.

Lynch has years of financial experience behind her. She was previously vice president for security and risk management at MasterCard Worldwide, and held fraud management positions at Goldman Sachs and Comerica Bank.

The documentary is directed by first-time filmmaker Madison Hamburg as he seeks information to solve the 2010 murder of his mother, Barabara Beach Hamburg, in their hometown of Madison, Connecticut. Along the way, Hamburg uncovers several local and family secrets, as he tries to clear the names of several family members.

Lynch will be featured in the final episode of the series called “Reasonable Doubts,” where she provides insight and expertise about financial matters. This episode is set to air Sunday, December 6 at 10 p.m.
