Leading educator and author on dementia Teepa Snow spoke to students, caregivers and other professionals on March 1 about coping with challenging behaviors and promoting engagement.

Snow is an advocate of those living with dementia and has made it her personal mission to help families and professionals move past commonly held and inaccurate beliefs about dementia; rather, she wants to create awareness of what is actually changing within the brain.
