Reminder: Open Enrollment Informational Sessions

As a reminder, Utica College’s Open Enrollment period is currently being held through November 12, 2021. All Open Enrollment information is now available: https://www.utica.edu/directory/human-resources/employee-benefits/

Three informational sessions will be held this year to provide a comprehensive look at the benefits offered by the college and discuss changes for 2022. A recording of the Zoom meetings will also be posted online for those who are unable to join a live session.

Tuesday, October 26, 2021 - 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM

If you have alternate Health Insurance coverage through another source, such as a spouse or parent, you must complete a 2022 Waiver Buyout Form and submit proof of your insurance, such as a copy of your insurance ID card, to receive the buyout payment in December 2022.

If you are re-enrolling in the 2022 Flexible Spending Account (FSA), you will need to complete a 2022 enrollment form.

If you are not making any benefit changes for 2022, you do not need to do anything.

All forms must be submitted to the Office of Human Resources by Friday, November 12, 2021.
