Receive your 1098-T Tax Document Electronically
Utica College has partnered with Heartland ECSI offering you the opportunity to receive your 1098-T document electronically this year.
If you would like to receive your 1098-T electronically, click on the link below and follow the simple instructions to sign up.
* Enter your student ID (not SSN), name and email address (an option is available to include an alternate email address).
* Check the consent box and click submit.
Heartland ECSI's website is a secure website and will not share your private information with anyone. This notification is strictly sent to gather your consent for receiving an electronic 1098-T document.
All 1098-T Tax Documents for 2015 will not be available until mid to late January 2016.
Student Health Insurance Waiver
All NEW students for the Spring 2016 semester can waive their Student Health Insurance after November 30th at:
Returning Students: If you waived your Health Insurance for the Fall 2015 semester, there is no need to complete another waiver
for the Spring 2016 semester.
However, if you are enrolled in the Health Insurance for Fall 2015 and no longer need the Student Health Insurance for the Spring 2016 semester, you are able to waive the coverage for the Spring semester at the same site.
If you are no longer covered under another plan and would like to enroll in the Health Insurance for Spring 2016, please contact Haylor, Fryer and Coon at 315-453-2164.
The last day to waive your Student Health Insurance is January 18th.

Maximum eligibility period to receive Direct Subsidized Loans .
Interest rates for Federal Direct Loans for the 2015-2016 loan period.
All Federal Direct Loans originated after October 1, 2015 will have an increased Origination Fee.
Undergraduate borrowers will begin accruing interest on new loans during the six month grace period. The Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2012 initiated Federal Direct Subsidized Loans interest rate to begin accruing during the six-month grace period for all loans originated after July 1, 2012.
