Below is one example of how financial aid has helped Utica College students reach their educational goals. When reviewing this illustration, it's important to remember:

Incoming Freshman / New York State Resident

  • Federal / State Aid -- Julie is eligible for grants from the federal Pell grant program and New York State's Tuition Assistance Program (TAP). She also qualifies for a federally subsidized student loan and a federal work-study job.
  • Utica College Aid -- Utica College is providing a needs-based grant, as well as a residence hall grant to help defray the cost of living on campus.
