As Assistant Vice President for Human Resources and Personnel Development, Lisa is responsible for the strategic and operational direction of the Office of Human Resources, in alignment with the strategic initiatives of the College and in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Prior to joining UC, she worked in health care as a Human Resources Director. A graduate of SUNY-IT and certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), she brings extensive experience in employee and labor union relations, compensation and benefits, recruiting, and leadership development.

Gary Carrock serves as Payroll Coordinator in the Office of Human Resources. He is responsible for professional payroll, compensated absence reports, filing of federal and state taxes as well as many other Human resource projects. Gary received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from SUNYIT; he also brings over 3 years of payroll and human resource experience to Utica College. He is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management as well as a member of the American Payroll Association. |

Anne Flynn serves as human resources assistant in the Office of Human Resources. In her position, she is responsible for all employee tuition benefits, Banner position control, and Web development. She is also a contributor to the faculty/staff newsletter “Inside UC” and assists with training initiatives, special events, as well as the United Way Campaign. She earned a bachelor’s degree from SUNYIT.

Linda Madore serves as the Benefits Coordinator in the Office of Human Resources. She is responsible for administering all employee benefits, including health insurance, dental insurance and the retirement plan. She brings with her several years of Human Resources experience. Rebecca Sullivan
Student Employment Coordinator
(315) 792-3353 Rebecca Sullivan serves as student employment coordinator in the Office of Student Employment. In her position, she assists all federal work-study and College employed students in finding employment at Utica College. She came to the school with many years of management and business experience. In addition to owning a local business, she was employed as assistant director of campus safety with Morris Protective Services, and then served as senior secretary in the College’s Office of Campus Safety.

Caren earned both a BA in English Language Arts and certification in Early Childhood Education from Hunter College in NYC. Prior to joining UC in August 2007, the lifelong Westchester County resident worked as a practice manager for a dental office. |

Lesley Wallace serves as the Human Resources Coordinator in the Office of Human Resources. She is responsible for the search process, employee hiring and exit, as well as many administrative duties. Lesley graduated from LeMoyne College with a degree in English and she brings her extensive experience in human resources to the college. She is also a member of the Genesis Group of the Mohawk Valley.
