Grant Development
The development of networks for funding educational endeavors and assuring the success of these initiatives is an important role of the Leadership Institute. The Institute benefits from its affiliation with Syracuse University in two important ways: it is able to draw on the school’s long history of establishing learning networks which pursue ongoing research, development, implementation, and sharing of best practices; and it has access to the University’s grant locator subscriptions with numerous federal, state, city/regional, and foundation entities. The Institute’s goal is to facilitate collaboration among government , health care, education, and business sectors by providing the following services:
Grant research and development of collaborations
Request for Proposal (RFP) response, proposal writing Program and administrative support Web-based technology training, design, development, technical infrastructure Publication of results in reports, periodicals, and at conferences.
