The Leadership Institute envisions change as a planned, structured approach focused on the people and communities served.
The main objective is to develop communities of health care organizations which can sustain and evolve in the current economy. Within the learning community, a culture is formed where organizations will adapt to efficient and effective change and their overall performance.
