For 2012-2013 the insurance will be provided by:
Maksin Management Corp., a Chartis third party administrator (TPA), handles the claims administration for Utica College. If you have any questions or concerns contact Chartis, the plan's claims administrator at: 1-877-440-6839

The deadline to waive the Student Accident Insurance has passed.

Utica College Students & Families

  • Enrollment in a health insurance plan is a requirement for all full time Utica College Students.
     
     
  • If neither an Enrollment nor Waiver Form is completed by the January 30, 2013 deadline, students will be automatically enrolled in the Student Accident and Illness Insurance Plan and charged a prorated premium. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
