Credential File Service
Career Services' online Credential Files are designed to offer students and alumni, within five years of graduation, a mechanism by which to store and disseminate confidential letters of recommendation for employment, internship, or graduate school applications.
As of September 1st, 2015, the Credential File process has moved to an exclusively online format. Those interested in opening a file must complete the Establishing a Credential File registration form below and e-mail the completed form to firstname.lastname@example.org. Using the Recommendation Form, references may write letters and send them to Career Services via e-mail. Then, students and alumni with a file must authorize Career Services to e-mail letters of recommendation to requested parties by completing and e-mailing the Credential Request Form below.

For the new online forms to work properly and accept the required signatures using the instructions provided, it is strongly advised to open, complete, and save the forms using Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 11. Do not open the forms using your Internet browser.

Students and alumni with active Credential Files that were opened prior to September 1st, 2015 may continue to use the process, Recommendation Form, and Credential Request Form previously in place.
