Checked your Degree Evaluation in BannerWeb and met with your academic advisor to be absolutely certain that you have completed all degree requirements, including required courses, minimum GPA of 3.0, and culminating academic experience (thesis, capstone project, comprehensive exam, or portfolio)?
Completed an online Graduate Application for Degree for the Registrar’s Office by the March 15 deadline?
Ordered your cap, gown, and hood from the UC Bookstore via the link to the left? Orders MUST be placed by the March 15, deadline to ensure receipt in time for participation in commencement.
Completed the online RSVP - Attendance Notification form via the link to the left letting Utica College know whether or not you plan on participating in the Graduate Commencement Ceremony? Deadline to RSVP is March 15.
Received your graduation announcements in the mail (mailed in early
Paid the $80 graduation fee charged to your student account via the SFS Payment Portal (upper right corner of their website)? Note that this fee appears on your account at the beginning of the semester in which you plan to complete your degree requirements (your graduation date) after you've Applied for Degree.
Completed your Exit Interview with Student Financial Services if you received federal student loans? Note that this happens the semester in which you plan to complete your degree requirements (your graduation date) or if you drop below half-time.
Made hotel reservations as soon as possible to ensure receiving special hotel rates (see list via link to the left)?
Made reservations at a local restaurant for your celebratory dinner (see
list via link to the left)?
Made plans to arrive at the ceremony location on time
