|Description|| This talk will be a partial reading of creative work, a partial talk about the creative process. In this talk I'll discuss what it's like to creatively write, where inspiration comes from, what kinds of research I do stick in my texts, and how I've learned to structure my books through reading and mapping other books. Interested in seeing how a creative academic produces work? This talk is for you.
Nexus is a seminar series presented by Utica College faculty in which they discuss their research interests and scholarly pursuits. It is an opportunity for participants to explore new findings and viewpoints and share ideas with faculty, students, and the local community. Refreshments are served at 2:15 p.m.; seminars begin at 2:30.
