What is the Child-Life Society up to this semester?
 

PCL LogoThe Child-Life Society has many upcoming events planned for this semester.
We meet in Hubbard Hall room 104(first floor) at 7:30pm on Wednesdays.  Our first meeting is scheduled for January 27th. Please join us. :)

These events are open to anyone who is interested, but space is limited. They include:

Other upcoming events that we have scheduled include:

 
  • On Sunday, April 10th, the Kelbermann Center will be hosting an Autism Walk. Pre-registration will take place on March 26th and 27 in the Sangertown Square mall from 10am-9:30pm.
     
  • For more information on the Autism Walk, please contact Erin Dutcher at erdutcher@utica.edu.
     
  • On Sunday April 25th, we participating in the Aids Hike for Life at Hamilton College, starting at 11am. Each participant must raise a minimum of $25.
     
  • For more information on the Aids Hike or to join Team Utica College, please contact Randi Butler at rbutler04@utica.edu.

In recognition of Child Life Month and The Week of the Young Child, the Child-Life Society will be sponsoring:



  • A Child Life informational event promoting the Child-Life Profession, the importance of play, and disabilities awareness.
  • The event will be held on Friday, March 26th from 10:30am-1:30pm in Strebel Lounge.
     
  • There will be a messy media table with fun arts and crafts activities, raffle baskets, a bake sale and much more!

    So stop by and come celebrate Child-Life Month with us!
