Erin Dupree is an Assistant Professor of Nursing. She has a B.S. and M.S. with a minor in Nursing Education from SUNY Upstate Medical University and is credentialed as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She joined Utica College in 2011 working as an Adjunct Professor in the RN to BSN program and now teaches in the ABSN program.

Elizabeth Gleasman is an Associate Professor of Nursing who joined the faculty in 1985. She received her B.S. and M.S. from the University of Rochester. She holds adult nurse practitioner certification from Syracuse University and family nurse practitioner certification from George Washington University. She has been actively involved in research and practice in promoting wellness in the work place. She maintains faculty practice as a nurse practitioner in an acute care setting.

Dr. Jennifer Klimek Yingling is an Assistant Professor of Nursing at Utica College. She is an upstate New York resident helping to strengthen the community through practice, academics and research. Jennifer studied at Mohawk Valley Community College, the State University of New York institute of Technology and received her Doctorate of Philosophy in Nursing from Rutgers University. A passionate caregiver and a patient advocate, she is dual boarded Family and Adult Nurse Practitioner, holding nursing licenses in New York, Florida and Massachusetts. Sara Manning is the Simulation Coordinator and has been teaching using simulation since 2008. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison nursing program and completed her masters in nursing education at Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester, NY. She earned her certification in healthcare simulation education (CHSE) in 2013 and is an alumnus of the National League for Nursing Simulation Leaders (2014 cohort). Sara joined Utica College in 2015. Sara has presented on simulation and education topics at regional and national conferences and also founded the Simulation Educators of Western New York in 2009. Research interests include interprofessional education and simulation faculty development practices.

Dr. Doreen Rogers was appointed Assistant Professor of Nursing at Utica College in January 2018. Prior to Utica College, Doreen has taught at associate and baccalaureate levels of pre-licensure nursing education and had taught and and coordinated an online Nursing Education graduate program. Her professional nursing practice over the last 26 years encompassed medical-surgical initially and then transitioned to critical care for the last 20 years. In addition, Doreen holds current CCRN (2001) and Certified Nurse Educator (2008) certifications and has provided workshops on test construction, item writing, and item analysis. Her research activity encompasses professional collegiality, resilience, grit, rural nursing, nursing retention, and various components of nursing education.

Ellen Smith has been with Utica College Department of Nursing since 2006, teaching distance, clinical, and campus classes in nursing theory, research, history, palliative care and community/public health. Prior to teaching, Ellen lived in Connecticut and worked as a home care and home hospice nurse, supervisor, and case manager. She has also been a school nurse and oncology clinical trials research coordinator. She earned her B.S. from St. Olaf College (Northfield, MN), her Masters of Public Health from the University of Minnesota (Minneapolis), and PhD in Higher Education from Syracuse University. Her research focuses on baccalaureate nursing students' academic success, as well as community health issues and teaching strategies. She lives with her family and in Clinton, NY, and enjoys reading, outdoor activities and water sports.
