Health Studies: The UC Advantage
The health studies major at Utica College provides foundational learning for students who desire to enter any of a number of different health and health-related professions. It is a strong undergraduate prelude to graduate study in physical therapy and occupational therapy.
While it does not lead directly to licensure or a professional credential, the major in health studies does offer a solid grounding for professional accomplishment and more specialized study, following a highly interdisciplinary approach to human health that encompasses everything from anatomy to anthropology to statistics and more.
Curriculum Students work with a variety of health sciences-related learning resources across campus, including the state-of-the-art laboratories in F. Eugene Romano Hall.
