Kathleen M. Bishop, earned her doctorate in Aging With Disabilities form Syracuse University. Dr. Bishop has over 27 years of experience in the disabilities field. Currently, she is the Director of the Training Program on Aging and Developmental Disabilities at the Strong Center for Developmental Disabilities, University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in Rochester, New York. She is Supervisor of Staff Development and Training at the Central New York Developmental Disabilities Services Office and an Adjunct Faculty Member of the Institute of Gerontology at Utica College. Dr. Bishop has presented nationally and internationally. Her expertise includes environmental design and aging, aging with disabilities, caregiver issues,
and women's health.

Mr. Cramer is an adjunct professor of biology at Utica College. He received a B.S. in Biology from the University of Michagan and an M.S. in Biology from Syracuse University. He has also conducted research at the University of Michigan Medical Center on "Molecular Genetics of Down's Syndrome."

Ronald Lucchino

Ronald Lucchino has been a professor of Biology at Utica College since 1973 and the Director of the Institute of Gerontology since 1981. He has over 15 years teaching experience in the Biology of Aging to nursing, physical therapy, and occupational therapy students. He has also conducted international workshops and extensive in-service training programs on the biological aspects of aging. His area of expertise is the biological changes associated with medication utilization by older adults.

Dianna C.Izzo has been working in the field of Mental Health and Addictions for the past eight years. She received a Bachelor Degree in Sociology with a concentration in Gerontology from the State University of New York at Cortland in 1989. In 1991, she received a Masters of Social Work from the State University of New York at Albany. In May, 1999 she received a Certified Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor credential from the State of New York. Most of her work has been working with individuals and families dealing with mental illness and chemical addiction.
