Dr. Daniel Barr received his Ph.D. from Arizona State University in 2011 and joined the UC faculty in the fall of the same year. He teaches biochemistry, general chemistry, and introduction to organic and biochemistry. Dr. Michelle Boucher earned a Ph.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University and came to UC in 2005. She teaches organic chemistry and chemistry in society. Her research interests include organosilicon chemistry, specifically the modification of naturally occurring sheet silicates as reinforcement or alignment tools.
