Chelsea A. Stinson, M.S.
Chelsea is a Ph.D. candidate (ABD) in Special Education at Syracuse University. She holds a B.S. in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from SUNY Oswego, a M.S. in Inclusive Special Education from Syracuse University, as well as a C.A.S. in Disability Studies. Her teaching and research focus on the policy contexts and experiences of emergent bilingual students with and without disabilities, migrant and refugee families, and teachers at the intersections of language, race, disability, and inclusive (special) education.
