Are you Federal Work-Study Eligible?

Your Financial Aid package will indicate your Federal Work-Study eligibility status. If you are unsure, please reach out to Financial Aid for assistance. The Student Employment Portal will list open positions for the Academic year in mid-August.

Not Federal Work-Study Eligible?

There are limited positions to which you can apply. When you enter the Student Employment portal, you will select On-Campus Non-FWS Jobs.

Be Prepared!

All newly hired student employees must complete required paperwork prior to working. Paperwork is completed through the Student Employment Portal with digital forms. You can also schedule a 30-minute orientation session that serves as an introduction to the Campus Employment program, and assists you with completing the necessary State and Federal forms below:

I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification
W-4 Employee’s Withholding Certificate
IT-2104 Employee’s Withholding Allowance Certificate

Please visit the Student Employment webpage to review the list of acceptable documents to complete your paperwork. Be sure to pack your original, unexpired documents as copies will not be accepted. If you have questions on how to complete your paperwork, it is recommended that you speak with a parent, legal guardian, or tax preparer.

STUDENT EMPLOYMENT PORTAL

Direct Deposit

Enrolling in direct deposit allows you to access your money faster! To set up your direct deposit, bring a voided check or a bank letter that includes your account and routing number to your orientation session, or you can upload them to the Student Employment Portal.

Student Employment has a competitive application process, and positions are not guaranteed. All students must maintain a GPA of 2.0 to be eligible to work on campus.
