Utica, NY (03/26/2015) - Nationally touring acts X Ambassadors and Royal Tongues will visit Utica College on April 25, 2015, for Moose Madness, the college’s spring event. The concert is sponsored by the UC Programming Board.X Ambassadors is an alternative rock band from Ithaca, N.Y. Alternative-pop duo Royal Tongues will open the show. Buffalo natives Aaron Bonus and Justin Gammella formed the band in late 2014, and released debut single, “The Balance,” in December 2014. The duo is one of Pure Volume's 2014 Top 10 unsigned bands.
Steve Oliveira, Utica College senior and director of the UC Programming Board, said the bands are a “good fit” for a Utica audience: “Both groups are somewhat local, so they have a lot of fans in the area.”
