“During the presentation” said Barr, “ I will argue that faith and science are more intricately linked than many people like to believe.” Barr will also discuss topics that support his argument, including all faith is not “blind faith” but rather rests on evidence and what is considered acceptable evidence. He will also advocate that faith statements should be carefully analyzed and that we all bring assumptions to the discussion.

The presentation will begin at 7 p.m. in the Strebel Auditorium. Snacks and discussion will follow in the Pioneer Pub. The event is free and open to the public.
