Utica, NY (04/19/2012) - Utica College’s office of admissions will host the final Accepted Student Day for the spring semester on Friday, April 20 at noon in the Ellen Knower Clarke Lounge, Strebel Student Center.

This program provides prospective students, as well as their families, the opportunity to gain a stronger perspective of a day in the life of a UC student.  The event will address topics such as transitioning from high school to college, academic and social opportunities through workshops and discussion with current students, faculty and staff.

Students can also take a tour of the campus as well as meet with faculty and staff from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. in the Library Concourse.

“We expect to have a substantial number of attendees,” said Megan Croft, senior assistant director of admissions.

There is no cost to attend this event.

For more information, contact Croft at    1-800-782-8884.
