Poet to Read at Popular Lunch Hour Series

Utica, NY (10/20/2009) - On Oct. 21, at 12:30p.m. in the Economic Crime and Justice Studies Building Auditorium, the Jackson Lunch Hour Series will be host to renowned poet, Steve Huff. The Jackson Lunch Hour Series is known for showcasing local and non-local humanities at Utica College and is sponsored by the Utica College Social Cultural Committee.Steven Huff is a poet and fiction writer, and the Director of Adult Education and Programming at Writers & Books. Huff teaches creative writing at RIT and the Eastman School of Music. A former reporter, he now serves as Publisher and Managing Editor of BOA Editions, Ltd., Rochester, New York.
Literary programs are made possible with public funds from the New York State Council on the Arts, a State Agency. This event is free and open to the public.
This year the Professor Harry F. and Mary Ruth Jackson Lunch Hour Series is celebrating 30 years.
