UC Presents Vagina Monologues
Performances Celebrate Women's History Month

Eve Ensler's acclaimed "Vagina Monologues" kicks off "Womyn's Herstory Month" at UC

Utica, NY (02/26/2007) - The Utica College Womyn’s Resource Center begins a month-long celebration of women with performances of Eve Ensler’s “The Vagina Monologues” on Saturday, March 3, at 7 p.m., and Sunday, March 4, at 2 and 7 p.m.Performances will be held in Strebel Auditorium at Utica College and are open to the public. Admission is $5; students with college ID will be charged $3.
Ensler’s show is the result of 200 interviews, during which women revealed intimate, personal details of their own sexuality and experiences with violence. The Womyn’s Resource Center stages the show each year as part of its “Womyn’s Herstory Month.”
