College Fair Hosted by UC
High School Students Can Learn About More Than 100 Colleges

UC hosts College Fair on Tuesday, Oct. 10 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Harold T. Clark Jr. Athletic Center.

Utica, NY (09/26/2006) - Utica College will host the Mohawk Valley Counseling Association College Fair.High school students, parents, and adults considering higher education will have the opportunity to meet with many different schools on Tuesday, Oct. 10 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Harold T. Clark Jr. Athletic Center at Utica College. Prospective college students will have the chance to learn about the programs of study and facilities of the various institutions, as well as discuss application procedures, costs and financial aid packages with admissions representatives.
More than 110 two- and four-year schools will be represented. This includes not only SUNY schools, but also private schools such as Clarkson, Colgate, Nazareth and Ithaca. Art schools, including the Pratt Institute, will also be there. The military will be present for interested students. There will be special sessions offered on financial aid and services for those with learning disabilities available.
