Professors Johnsen, Crist Discuss Anthropology
Geotalk Lecture Visits Bucharest

Utica, NY (10/06/2010) - John Johnsen, professor of anthropology and dean of the School of Arts and Sciences, and Thomas Crist, associate professor of physical therapy, will host the Utica College Geotalk series on Friday, Oct. 8 in Willard Conference Room, DePerno Hall.The “Bucharest, Romania and the Institutul de Antropologie ‘Francisc I. Rainer’” lecture will discuss anthropological studies done by UC students at the Rainer Institute in Bucharest, Romania. The presentation will also detail the history and mission of the Institute within the framework of this interesting European capital.
The lecture is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served at 2:15 p.m., with the lecture to follow at 2:30 p.m.
