UC Faculty Present Research Wednesday
Adam Pack to Give Keynote

Utica, NY (10/25/2011) - UTICA, N.Y. (Oct. 24, 2011)— Utica College faculty from various fields will present their personal research projects to the UC community at the 2011 Faculty Research Day on Wednesday, Oct. 26. Adam Pack, professor of biology and recipient of the Harold T. Clark Jr. award, will deliver the keynote presentation at 2:30 p.m. in the Carbone Family Auditorium in the Economic Crime, Justice Studies and Cybersecurity Building.More than 15 faculty members will present their work on topics ranging from Hollywood’s Spanish-language film industry to the effects of climate change in three separate sessions held concurrently throughout the building. Posters will be on display during a reception following the presentation sessions starting at 4:15 in the Carbone Family Auditorium.
The research represents projects that have previously been presented at other conferences, as well as research in progress. All faculty members are invited to present.
The annual event recognizing the recent work of UC’s distinguished faculty is sponsored by the office of the provost and coordinated by the Faculty Research Committee.
