Overview

The Award of this IPE digital badge acknowledges students who are enrolled in a health professions program have acquired foundational knowledge of the four IPEC Core Competencies, strategies needed to work as a member of a collaborative, interprofessional health care team and importance of patient-family centered care. Leadership skills have been instructed and practiced by students through didactic coursework and interprofessional experiences.

Critera

To earn this badge, students must have successfully completed one didactic Inter-Professional Education (IPE) course and participated in a minimum of one IPE experience.
