IITS Services Downtime Listing

The below details specify exact downtime times for various services, based on the Utica College IITS Policies available on the Policies page.

The following services will be unavailable for use at the specified times due to regular maintenance or backup.  Other downtimes will occur Friday afternoons when needed and notices prior to those downtimes will be sent to the college community via email.

All times are listed in Utica College local time.  New York State  observes Daylight Savings Time; local time will be either Eastern Standard or Eastern Daylight Time.

ANGEL

ANGEL downtime will be announced via a post on the ANGEL home page, reached upon login.


Banner

Users will not be able to access native Banner, and possibly BannerWeb during backup downtimes.
