Housing Information

Thank you for choosing to stay in Boehlert Hall and Conference during the Information Delivery Services (IDS) Project Conference to be held on the Utica College campus, July 24 - 26, 2019.

Boehlert Hall features free cable hook-up, on-campus phone service, and college network service including Internet capabilities in each room. Other amenities, such as air-conditioning, an elevator, a full kitchen on each floor, and several large lounges are also provided. A laundry room, TV room, and pool table are located in the basement of the facility.

Single Occupancy:
$55.00 per night per person with linen package

Double Occupancy:
$45.00 per night per person with linen package

A linen package will be provided and consists of sheets, towels, blanket and pillow case. Rooms in Boehlert Hall are air conditioned. Please bring your own toiletries, bathrooms are shared among double and single rooms in the suite.

Washers and dryers are available in Boehlert Hall. Please bring your own detergent.

Housing Registration Deadline is July 15, 2019

Check-In and Check-Out will take place in the Boehlert Hall lobby.

7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

  • If requesting a double room, please be sure to have your desired room mate complete a housing request.
  • If you arrive on campus after check-in time, please contact Campus Safety at 315.792.3046 to make arrangements to get your room assignment and to pick up your room key and building swipe card. Campus Safety is located in the Ralph F. Strebel Student Center (building #11 on the campus map).
  • You will receive your building swipe card and room key upon check-in and will be responsible for returning your swipe card and room key upon check-out. There is a $120 lost key fee for any keys not returned upon check-out.


Parking is available in Lot D (see campus map) which is located near the entrance of Boehlert Hall.

If you are checking out after the scheduled check-out times, please contact Campus Safety at 315.792.3046 to make arrangements to drop off your room key and building swipe card before leaving campus.
