SOFTBALL PLACES TWO ON EMPIRE 8 ALL-CONFERENCE TEAMS
The Utica College softball team placed two student-athletes on Empire 8 All-Conference teams released Tuesday. Freshman outfielder Kim Martin was named to the first-team; while junior outfielder Abby Drew earned honorable mention.

UC SOFTBALL SPLITS SEASON FINALE DOUBLE HEADER AGAINST RPI
The Utica College softball team wrapped up its 2008 campaign splitting two games on the road against RPI Wednesday afternoon, losing the first 5-1 and winning the second 4-1.
ROCHESTER SWEEPS UC IN SOFTBALL
The Utica College softball team lost both ends of a double header to visiting Rochester Wednesday afternoon. The Pioneers lost game one 5-1 before falling to U of R 10-8 in a thunder storm shortened game two. Brittany Johnson led the Pioneers with a 4-for-6 day at the plate, including three RBI.
