ZIELENSKI NAMED E8 SPORTSMAN OF THE YEAR

Senior Mike Zielenski (Holland Patent/Marcy) of the Utica College men’s tennis team was named UC’s Empire 8 Sportsman of the Year. This is Zielenski ‘s second consecutive appearance on the Sportsman of the Year team.

ZIELENSKI AND KALETA WIN SINGLES MATCHES BUT ALFRED HOLDS STRONG TO DEFEAT UC

Junior Mike Zielenski and freshman Shaun Kaleta won their singles matches for the Pioneers Sunday afternoon but it was not enough as Alfred prevailed 7-2.

ZIELENSKI IMPROVES TO 3-1 IN FIRST SINGLES THIS SEASON

The Utica College men's tennis team lost to visiting LeMoyn 6-3 in non-conference action Wednesday night at the UC Tennis Courts. Mike Zielenski won first singles 6-1, 6-0 to improved to 3-0 overall on the season.
